Location: Cork
Hours: 9am to 5pm, 35-hour working week
Contract: Temporary 3-month initial contract
Pay-rate: €***** – €***** per hour depending on previous relative public sector experience

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR/Recruitment professional to join our team.
The successful candidate will support HR and recruitment functions within a busy office environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality HR services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support across a range of HR and recruitment functions
Assist in the coordination of recruitment processes, including advertising roles, scheduling interviews, and liaising with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update HR systems and personnel files, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
Support onboarding processes, including preparation of contracts and induction materials
Respond to general HR queries from staff and management
Assist in maintaining compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
Support HR team members with ad-hoc tasks and project work as required
Requirements
Essential:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a HR or Recruitment role
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Desirable:
HR qualification (e.g. CIPD, HR Degree/Diploma or equivalent)
Experience working in the public sector or a healthcare setting
