Donegal.This position will based in our Donegal Town office, and will involve travel within Ireland and occasionally to the UK, a full clean drivers licence is essential.A company vehicle is provided for all travel.The successful candidate will oversee relationships with the company's existing Hotel, Guesthouse and B&B customers, providing support, and mentoring customers on all aspects of the hospitality business as required.You will primarily be responsible for acquiring new customers within the Irish and UK markets.You will be a proven sales professional, responsible for developing sales plans and utilising both online and offline sales tools to increase sales and brand awareness.The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, be confident and self- sufficient in building strong relationships with existing and new customers.Key ResponsibilitiesExpanding relationships with existing customersAcquiring new customers in the Irish and UK MarketsMeet sales targets and contribute to team targetsCarry out cold calling to create interest in products and servicesDevising sales plans, and actively contributing to the sales processDevelop an in-depth understanding of all software products developed by the companyActively provide feedback on our software products and contribute to the further development of all software products.Travel as required, to facilitate sales and marketing of our products.Market and promote a portfolio of our products by writing and designing sales literature and attending industry eventsDeveloping and sustaining solid relationships with our existing customers.Addressing and resolving customer queries by phone, email, on-site and via any other channelsDeveloping a complete understanding of customer needs and proposing solutions.The Ideal Candidate Will Have...No issue travelling as required to on-site meetings with new and existing customersA full clean drivers licenceA proven track record in a sales environmentA very self-motivated and organised approachThe ability to build a rapport with our customers through excellent communication skillsThe ability to handle multiple client accounts as requiredStrong negotiation and leadership skills and exceptional customer service skillsOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsAn understanding of the Hotel/Hospitality sector advantageous but not essentialJob Type:Full-time, PermanentSalary€33,000 - €35,000 Per Annum (depending on experience)Excellent Bonus Package for the right candidateWorking Hours:9am – 5pm (Monday to Friday)Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €33,000.00-€35,000.00 per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany pensionOn-site parkingApplication question(s):Relocate to Donegal Town/SurroundsLicence/Certification:Full Drivers Licence (required)Willingness to travel:50% (required)Work Location: In person
