Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team and support the General Manager in all aspects of our premium cocktail bar.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to drive standards, maximise revenue, and foster a positive team culture. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations, motivating and developing the front-of-house team, upholding operational and service standards, managing stock and supplier relationships, overseeing scheduling and HR-related administration, contributing to sales growth through promotions and events, and maintaining a strong floor presence.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or similar leadership role
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* In-depth knowledge of cocktail culture and premium hospitality service standards
* Commercially astute with experience in managing budgets and costs
* Exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
