The Role:
1. Ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and effectively, adhering to the required standards, including weekly and periodic tasks.
2. Utilize cleaning chemicals safely, adhering to COSHH guidelines.
3. Maintain thorough knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials, and agents, utilizing equipment as directed by the Line Manager after correct training.
4. Report any faulty equipment immediately and refrain from using it.
5. Implement safety signage appropriately at all times.
6. Maintain cleaning stores in a clean and tidy state, storing equipment correctly and safely.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Eligible to work within the EU/EEA.
* Experience in a similar role, preferably with a proven track record.
* Flexible and adaptable approach, with excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
* Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to provide positive experiences for clients.
BASIC SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: Basic reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work instructions and communicating with customers on a day-to-day basis.
