Site Clerk
A leading Main Contractor is seeking a Site Clerk for a long-term housing project in New Ross, Wexford.
The ideal candidate should have some construction experience and, preferably, a degree in a construction-related discipline.
Role Responsibilities
General site administration
BCAR (Building Control Amendment Regulations) administration
Quality control
Health & Safety paperwork administration
Document control for the site management team
Procurement of site materials and reporting to Head Office for on-site accounts activities
Maintenance of the site order book and reconciliation of orders with delivery dockets
Inspection of deliveries where feasible
Administration of returns in accordance with company policy
Verification of invoices and dockets prior to submission to Head Office
Data entry and backup tasks
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience, ideally in construction
Strong attention to detail and diligence
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
