As our Sustainable Infrastructure team continue to grow, we're opening the door for talented professionals who want to make an impact in the areas of Sustainable Infrastructure, Circular Economy, Environment, Energy and Renewables.

We are welcoming expressions of interest from experienced candidates for the following senior roles:


Senior/Principal Engineer Renewables


Senior/Principal Hydrologist


Associate Director Civil & Environmental Engineering


Associate Director Sustainable Infrastructure

What you will bring to the team, (review role specific qualifications):

* Degree in
Civil, Environmental Engineering, Geoscience
, or related discipline (Level 8 or Level 9 preferred).
* Chartered Engineer
status, or working toward chartership (depending on level).
* 8–15+ years' experience
in infrastructure, environmental, hydrology or renewables project design and delivery.
* Proven
multi‑disciplinary design management
and project leadership experience.
* Strong background in
client, stakeholder and sub‑consultant engagement
.
* Experience preparing
technical reports
, EIAR chapters, Flood Risk Assessments, and environmental assessments.
* Financial capability in
budget creation and management
.
* Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills; dynamic, collaborative and adaptable.
* Able to work independently, show initiative, and support team development.

Working with a experienced and high-performing team, you will (review role specific responsibilities):

* Lead and contribute to multi‑disciplinary design teams, delivering projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
* Plan, manage and coordinate design workflows in collaboration with Engineering Discipline Leads, Technicians and wider project teams.
* Supervise, mentor and support senior and junior staff, fostering technical and professional development.
* Prepare and review technical reports, designs, tender documentation and project proposals.
* Liaise with clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear project communication.
* Ensure compliance with quality assurance processes, health and safety legislation, and environmental requirements.
