We're hiring for a Corporate Company Secretary to join our clients specialist team.
This is a highly responsible, client-facing role that offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to work with an impressive portfolio of multinational clients.
As a key member of our company secretarial team, you'll:
• Act as the primary contact for a diverse range of multinational corporate clients
• Manage company incorporations, dissolutions, board and shareholder changes, and share capital restructurings
• Ensure timely and accurate statutory filings, including annual returns and beneficial ownership requirements
• Maintain statutory registers and manage corporate governance records
• Draft and prepare board and shareholder resolutions, and attend client meetings
• Mentor and support junior team members
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver excellence in service What We're Looking For
• At least 3 years' experience in a similar corporate/company secretarial role
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex client portfolios
• Experience using Blueprint company secretarial software
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, client-focused mindset with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• High levels of organisation, initiative, and a collaborative approach
