Job Description
Porsche Centre Dublin is recruiting a professional host to join our team at our state of the art and iconic facility in Charlestown, Ext 5, M50. The role is Monday to Saturday with a rostered day off during the week. You will be an excellent communicator with an eye for detail to ensure our customers and visitors gain the highest level of customer experience throughout their visit.
Responsibilities
* Facilitate the full Porsche meet & greet whilst being organised and proactive to ensure both our customers and visitors have an individual experience in line with our brand expectations.
* Retain ownership of the customer until the Sales, Service, Parts or any other departments have dealt with the customer.
* Contribute fully within the team, ensuring the right environment is maintained.
* Undertake administration tasks as required.
* Encourage rapport building with customers who are waiting and ensure they are not left unattended for long periods.
* Welcome customers and visitors to the showroom in a warm, prompt, efficient and professional manner, providing hospitality as required (tea/coffee/water, etc.).
* Be familiar with the daily operations within the Reception Department and escalate any issues affecting smooth operations to a Senior Manager.
* Maintain good working relationships with management and colleagues to help achieve company goals.
* Assist with showroom preparation including merchandise and displays.
* Support the Centre Management team with ad-hoc administration.
* Maintain professional standards of personal and centre presentation; keep the Reception area and Coffee Lounge clean, tidy and presentable.
* Ensure catering supplies for the Lounge area are in stock and accessible to customers.
* Take responsibility for associated tasks to ensure efficient operation within the Reception area and department.
* Notify a Manager of any breakdown or damage to equipment and action reasonable requests from Sales, Aftersales, Head of Business or CEO.
* Participate in upholding the company Health & Safety policy and comply with employment conditions.
