Front Office Professional
This is an exciting opportunity to join a cloud software client based in Dublin as a Front Office Professional. The role is an 11-month contract position that requires a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide exceptional front office services.
Job Description
The successful candidate will work as part of the Reception team to provide seamless workplace services and ensure a positive workplace experience for all employees and visitors. This includes representing the team as the first point of contact, greeting employees and visitors, answering or referring inquiries, and directing them appropriately. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide front office services to employees and visitors, including greeting, directing, and answering inquiries.
2. Represent the team as the first point of contact and bring core values to life every day.
3. Maintain security related processes, including issuing visitor badges and responding to incoming queries.
4. Manage meeting room bookings, respond to reception-related tickets, and order and manage office supplies.
5. E nsure reception systems and equipment are fully operational and functional.
Requirements
* Education: Degree in Administration/Customer Service/Business.
* Experience: Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
* Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, hands-on experience with office equipment, and professional attitude with solid written and verbal communication skills.
