I am working closely with my client who is looking to recruit a
HR Officer
for their site in
Tullamore, Co.
Offaly
.
This is a permanent job with hybrid working and company benefits.
Key duties & responsibilities:
Manage employee disciplinaries & grievances investigations
Oversee recruitment, interviews, Induction & onboarding of new employees
Performance management
HR metrics and reporting
Conduct HR audits
Assist in staff training processes
Assist in implementing HR programmes & employee wellbeing, communications & projects
Full clean Irish Driving License – travel required for interviews/meetings
What are we looking for?
3
rd
level Qualification in HR
CIPD qualified or working towards
At least 3 years experience working as a HR Officer
Must have knowledge of Irish Labour Laws - essential
Experience with HR systems i.e. performance management
Proficient with Microsoft Office packages & IT systems
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
FULL CLEAN IRISH DRIVING LICENSE & own transport - ESSENTIAL
