Medical Law Solicitor Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned medical law solicitor to contribute to our team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defending hospitals, practitioners, and laboratory service providers in medical negligence litigation.
* Defend clients in medical negligence litigation before the Circuit, High, and Supreme Courts.
* Advise clients on clinical governance, risk management strategies, regulatory compliance, and accreditation.
* Represent clients in professional discipline cases and provide general medical legal advice.
The successful candidate will have 0-3 years PQE in clinical negligence defence at a reputable firm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Medical Negligence Defence: Defend clients in medical negligence litigation before the Circuit, High, and Supreme Courts.
