We are looking for a Qualified Plumber to join our team. This role will suit a person looking to be part of a growing organisation, work on exciting projects, enjoys being part of a supportive team, but who also likes working on their own initiative. All candidates are expected to be proficient with all domestic plumbing tasks, listed but not limited to:
· Read drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems.
· Install and maintain heating systems and water supply.
· Locate and repair issues with water supply lines (e.g. leaks)
· Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, heating systems etc.
· Install and maintain heating systems.
Requirements and skills
· Proven experience as a plumber
· Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential, commercial and industrial buildings
· Working knowledge of heating and ventilation systems as well as appliances
· Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers etc.)
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Friendly with a great deal of patience
· Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces
· Clean driving license
Salary derived by experience and overall package.
