What will you be doing?
Managing conversations with clients and property owners across the German market
Negotiating agreements and building long-term relationships
Working closely with internal teams in a fast-paced international environment
Managing your pipeline and achieving sales targets
Handling communication via phone, email, and video meetings
Updating client information and maintaining accurate records
What are we looking for?
Fluent German (C1/C2 level) and good English skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Motivated, target-driven, and confident personality
Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or recruitment is a plus
Comfortable working in a team-oriented and performance-driven environment
What's on offer?
€35,000 base salary
Uncapped commission structure (€15K–€30K+ additional earning potential)
Permanent full-time role
