The Role We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our practice in Tralee.
This is a hands-on role involving audit planning, execution, and review, as well as client relationship management.
The role offers excellent scope for professional development and progression, working closely with partners and managing a team of five.
Responsibilities Manage and deliver a portfolio of audit assignments.
Lead audits from planning through completion, ensuring compliance with standards.
Supervise, coach, and review the work of 5 team members.
Maintain and grow strong client relationships.
Provide updates and insights to partners.
Requirements ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
4–6 years' audit practice experience, with supervisory/managerial exposure.
Strong technical knowledge and review skills.
Excellent communication and leadership ability.
Ambitious, with a focus on progression.
