Civils Site Manager - Developer - Dublin West

Our client a Developer are seeking an experienced Civils Site Manager to join their team on an Apartment project in West Dublin. They require someone with strong all round construction experience but be particularly strong on civils, groundworks, deep drainage, excavations, site development works etc. Experience delivering a high rise/multi story apartment &/or commercial projects project is desirable though not essential.
Requirements
* Trade Background or Construction related Degree
* Minimum of 5-7 years experience as a Civils Site Manager with a Developer or Main Contractor
* Previous Experience on large scale Residential projects is desirable
* Manage the civils/groundworks, drainage & site developments works on the site
* Manage the workflow of subcontractors ensuring they comply with the programme of works on site
* Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
