Jaguar Land Rover Ireland (JLR) are hiring a Customer Experience Agent to work with our customers and team in Sandyford, Dublin 18.

Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional standard of customer experience across in, interacting with our customers over the phone and email, ensuring every interaction reflects the brands prestige.
Guide customers through their journey, offering expert advice and personalised support that enhances their experience.
Own customer queries, resolving them with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency while maintaining brand integrity.
Handle complaints with discretion and care, providing timely and thoughtful solutions, and ensuring follow-up for complete resolution.
Accurately document all customer interactions using our CRM system (Dynamics 365), maintaining meticulous records.
Consistently meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), contributing to a culture of excellence.
Requirements
Demonstrate to us exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to engage and reassure high-value clients.
Proven experience in delivering premium customer experience, ideally within a luxury or high-performance environment.
Professional demeanour with a positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms.
Strong listening and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
Fluent written and spoken English
Authority to work in Ireland we cannot sponsor a work permit for this role.
