About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic team delivering large-scale projects across multiple sectors including residential, commercial, pharmaceutical, industrial, and educational. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional looking to advance their career in quantity surveying within a progressive construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Associate Director in managing all commercial aspects of projects
Assist with procurement, appointment, and management of subcontractors and suppliers
Prepare accurate monthly progress accounts and valuations
Monitor project costs, cashflow forecasting, and financial reporting
Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks
Participate in tender preparation when required
Manage final accounts and subcontractor re-measurements
Attend monthly cost reporting meetings and provide ad-hoc reports
Skills & Experience Required
Level 8 degree in Quantity Surveying (essential)
Minimum 3 years’ experience with a main contractor or subcontractor
Residential sector experience preferred
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines
