Our client, a leading Credit Union, is seeking a Member Services Administrator to join their
operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting the smooth running
of the Credit Union while developing your expertise in payments, compliance, and member services.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will provide administrative support across all member
service functions, ensuring that processes run seamlessly and members receive the high standard of
service they expect. This is a varied role where accuracy, efficiency, and initiative are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
* Your day-to-day work will include:
* Managing payment processing files, including:
* Submission of Realex payments
* Standing order instructions via Banking Systems
* Direct Debit submissions
* Resolution of CT and online payment file errors
* End-of-day reconciliation of payment files
* Assisting with dormant account notifications and reporting
* Supporting new member on-boarding, including document review and application
* management
* Providing back-office support across operations as required
* Carrying out additional administrative duties to support the Head of Operations and wider
* team
What we're Looking For
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail
* Ability to work independently, use initiative, and solve problems effectively
* Proficiency in IT systems, with strong multitasking skills
* A relevant qualification such as CUA, QFA, or progress towards same (advantageous)
