The CMMS Specialist is responsible for delivering requested functionality and reporting as specified by the client. The specialist will optimize facility operations, maintenance, and asset management through effective use of the platform.

Responsibilities
">
">
1. Provide basic training for system use to onsite staff, new hire training, and continuing training for all staff on site.
">
2. Tier 1 CMMS support for the site
">
3. Initial Point of Contact for sites assigned for all CMMS topics
">
4. Issue triage, bug/issue identification, and escalation as necessary
">
5. Research local solutions and coordinate with Client CMMS Support team for escalation
">
6. Full testing of the system after deployments/patching
">
7. Collection of field level feedback to drive iterative improvement in the tooling
">
8. Coordinate with system support team to develop and communicate changes in CMMS Process, Procedure, or system configurations
">
9. Maintain CMMS user records at each site serviced to ensure accurate rosters
">
10. Coordinate with Facilities Team to maintain list of site assets and locations within the DC
">
11. Verify Work Orders have related referenced MOP/SOP/EOP where appropriate
">
">
Required Skills and Qualifications
">
">
* Excellent understanding and operational knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
">
* Ability to learn quickly and gain maximum benefit from extensive training and development programs
">
* Previous work directly in the Critical Environments field strongly desired
">
* Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
">
* Advanced Excel skills highly desired
">
* Excellent Customer Service skills
">
* Able to work efficiently in fast-paced, high through-put work environment
">
* Strong attention to detail while completing work within set timelines
">
* Polished and professional communication via phone, email, and IM
">
* Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in remote environment and stay on task without direct supervision
