About the Role
We are currently hiring a Senior Civil Engineer to join our growing team.
This role will involve working on civil engineering works for residential developments, with our current projects based in Mullingar and Naas.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the delivery of civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
Lead project planning, design coordination, and construction phases to ensure timely delivery.
Supervise and mentor junior engineers and site teams.
Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on all sites.
Prepare project reports, technical documents, and cost control updates.
Monitor quality standards and ensure all works adhere to specifications and industry regulations.
Assist with resolving technical challenges and implementing effective solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a similar engineering role within the construction or infrastructure sector.
Proven experience managing teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, project planning, and regulatory standards.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools.
Full clean driving licence and flexibility to travel to multiple sites if required.
