Overview:
Responsible for delivering an outstanding shopping experience to our customers. This role involves providing expert advice on our cookware products, driving sales, and ensuring the store is well-presented and stocked.
Responsibilities:
* Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, providing expert advice on our cookware products.
* Sales: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective company sales techniques, product demonstrations and upselling.
* Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions.
* Merchandising: Ensure the store is well-stocked, organised, clean and tidy by undertaking all housekeeping duties.
* Inventory Management: Assist with stock control and checks, including receiving, unpacking and organising merchandise.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to create a positive and productive work environment.
* Cash Handling: Process transactions accuarately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Cash up in accordance with company policy and procedures.
Qualifications:
* Experience of working in a retail environment, or within a service role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for cooking and familiarity with cookware products.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
