Senior Mechanical Design Lead
We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Design Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and leadership skills to oversee complex projects, mentor junior engineers, and drive best-in-class engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the mechanical design process on projects of varying scale
* Mentor and develop junior engineers
* Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes and standards
Requirements:
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering (minimum)
* 6+ years of experience in Building Services Consultancy Design in Ireland
Essential Skills:
* Expertise in HVAC, water services, heating systems, fuel, drainage, and BMS
* Strong communication and project management skills
