Three Steps is a social care-based, trauma and attachment-informed, clinically supported residential care service provider.
We collaborate closely with the HSE, Tusla (Child and Family Agency), and the Northern Ireland Trusts. Our services include centres for children and adults with disabilities, as well as residential care for children and young people in care. All our services are located in Meath.
Position: Healthcare Assistants
We are seeking qualified Healthcare Assistants to join our teams in Co Meath. Our care team members work with partners to provide safe, compassionate, and professionally informed care to children, young people, and adults. We are committed to continuously improving the quality of care and investing in our teams to ensure they have the necessary skills, support, and encouragement.

Candidate Requirements
If you are committed to caring for vulnerable individuals and eager to develop as a healthcare practitioner, we want to hear from you. The qualifications and experience required include:
* A minimum Level 5 qualification in Healthcare, Support, Social Care, Disability Studies, or related fields such as Psychology, Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy, Youth and Community Work, Social Work, Nursing, Early Childhood Studies, Special Needs Assistance, Disability Studies, Childcare, Addiction Studies, or similar.
* The ability to relate to and care for vulnerable children, young people, and adults, demonstrating respect for them and their families.
* A full, clean manual driving licence.
* Flexibility regarding working hours.
* Fluency in written and spoken English and eligibility to work in Ireland.
