Mechanical Engineer Dublin €50-65kWe have an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join a leading M&E Contractor based in Dublin where you will be part of a team working on a wide range of building services disciplines across numerous sectors.The successful candidate will be working alongside developers, project managers, contractors and end-user clients overseeing projects from feasibility and design through to construction.Key AccountabilitiesResponsible for overseeing the design and delivery of engineering and specifications on new projectsMaintain planning and cost control on the mechanical scope of worksUndertake a client-facing role in the development and design and coordination of engineering project servicesSurvey, test, and report on existing electrical/mechanical installations.Carry out engineering calculations to ensure drawings meet required robust industry and legal standards.Oversee validation and checking of designs and specifications.RequirementsExperienced engineer with a recognised Mechanical/Building Services qualificationAble to demonstrate a high level of understanding of M&E systemsExcellent knowledge of Mechanical/HVAC systemsConfident in talking to a wide range of people to build relationshipsUnderstanding of Revit and BIM principlesMust be a good team player but able to work independentlyConfident communicator both verbally and in writingFor any more information on the role please contact Steve on 01 531 4886.INFORM3 Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer.
