Compliance Officer Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced candidate with strong organisational and administrative skills to play a vital role in supporting our centre with daily duties in line with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cooperate with the employer to ensure compliance with The Mental Health Act 2001, Safety Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005, and associated standards.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including service user representatives, family members, and allied statutory health professionals.
* Quality check individual care plans (ICPs) and update them as required.
* Escalate issues to senior nurse if necessary.
* Manage financial accounts using excel tool for service user accounts and balance ledgers.
* Ensure files are well-organised and tidy.
* Close accident reports on AIRS system and file accordingly.
* Update clinical risk tools and scrutinise section papers.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of relevant legislation, experience engaging with external agencies, and extensive knowledge of technology required for the role. Excellent knowledge of safeguarding procedures is essential.
Requirements:
