Salary: Up to €70,000/year (Depending on Experience)
Hillmac Fitouts are currently recruiting for a Site Manager - Fit Out in commercial fit out (offices, retail, hospitality, leisure).
The successful Site Manager will have a minimum of 2+ years' experience working on commercial/ fitout projects. This is a Dublin based position.
Site Manager (Fit out) Responsibilities include:
* Plan the daily requirements of the site including labour, ordering of materials, and reaching daily targets
* Generate and maintain a procurement schedule for all contracts paying particular attention to long lead items.
* Identify and issue RFI's to design team.
* Manage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on site
* Directing of H&S on site to ensure highest standards are maintained
* Perform company compliance and administration procedures and record performance and progress of site operations
Site Manager (Fit out) Requirements:
* Third level qualification in construction management or trade background
* Experience on commercial fitout projects
* 2+ years' experience in similar position
* Have the ability to lead personnel, use initiative and be self-motivated
* Knowledge of latest building regulations and certification standards
* Ability to work well under pressure and perform to specified deadlines
* Full clean driver's license
