Product Development Leadership Role
This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a diverse team of engineers spanning hardware, embedded software, and mechanical disciplines. The role requires close collaboration with product, manufacturing, and quality teams to deliver innovative products from concept through mass production.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team across multiple domains
* Define clear roles and responsibilities to support technical and managerial growth
* Foster a collaborative culture focused on quality and results
* Oversee the end-to-end product development process from concept to launch
* Guide teams in applying sound engineering principles and risk assessment practices
* Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, or Mechatronics)
* 8+ years of engineering experience with at least 5+ years in leadership or management role managing team sizes of 30+
