We seek a seasoned Therapy Team Leader to spearhead our spa operations, ensuring impeccable treatment quality and customer service standards.
* Lead the therapy team, fostering exceptional guest experiences.
* Deliver high-quality face and body treatments using premium organic products.
* Mentor therapists, promoting adherence to industry excellence.
* Monitor treatment quality, guest feedback, and operational efficiency.
* Oversee product recommendations and upselling to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
* Ensure spa hygiene meets the highest standards.
* Assist in scheduling, staff management, and operational planning for optimal efficiency.
* Stay updated on the latest spa trends and wellness techniques, implementing new treatments as needed.
Required certifications: CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or ITEC level. Essential leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Passion for wellness and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
