Operational Excellence Manager

This is a leadership role that requires strategic vision and operational expertise to drive business excellence and growth. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, developing and implementing process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have experience in senior operational management roles, managing multiple service lines, sites, and people. They will also possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills to build lasting client relationships.

The Operational Excellence Manager will be responsible for:

* Overseeing day-to-day operations, including financial management, customer service, and people management;

* Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency;

* Managing budgets and identifying opportunities to improve financial targets;
">
* Building and maintaining relationships with department heads, external partners, and vendors;
">
* Devise strategies to ensure growth of programs company-wide, identifying and implementing process improvements that will maximise output and minimise costs.

The successful candidate will have a relevant business degree or equivalent experience, and proven experience in a senior leadership role in an appropriate field. They will also possess a passion for providing first-class customer service and an entrepreneurial spirit to develop a successful and growing division.
