Front Office Duty Manager Role
We are currently looking for a highly skilled individual to fill the Front Office Duty Manager position. This role represents an excellent opportunity for a professional seeking to advance their career into a management position within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
* Collaborate with the Front Office Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Front Office Department
* Provide training, development, and motivation to the Front Office Team
* Be responsible for guest billing and ensuring all activities are accurately charged
* Respond to guests' requests by thoroughly assessing their needs and delivering tailored solutions to achieve maximum guest satisfaction
* Represent the Team at internal meetings and briefings when required
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Front Office capacity, hold a degree in Hospitality Management, and possess exceptional communication skills. They should be passionate about delivering customer service, a friendly team player able to work effectively under pressure, and have experience working with Opera is advantageous.
