Medical Workforce - Senior HR Business Partner Permanent Role.
Full Time Hours.
This role is aligned to the HSE Pay Scale of Clerical Officer Grade VII.

Senior HR Business Partner (Medical Workforce) Responsibilities include: Lead the delivery of the HR/Medical Workforce Strategy in line with business objectives.
Act as a point of contact for the employees and managers in their assigned departments.
Lead and contribute to projects as assigned.
Manage workforce planning within your designated departments.
Espouse the MUH values and develop strategies to ensure theirperpetuity in the MUH.
Act as a role model and mentor for the HR/Medical Workforce agenda within the organisation.
Understand the operating environment of a unionized, acute hospital setting, presenting information about projects to a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Manage Employee Relations and Industrial Relations on behalf of the MUH.
Manage departmental quality and compliance initiatives, including establishing workflow processes, completing internal audits, creating and executing action plans.
Implementation of HSE Circulars and Memos, POCC 2023 contract and all other regulatory requirements.
Maintain hospital wide knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and practices to perform staff roles effectively and to ensure standards are met.
Provide high quality HR/Medical Workforce support during change projects, resource & headcount planning, IR/ER issues, probation management, grievances, dignity at work, training needs, audits and all other HR related needs while promoting employee satisfaction and engagement.
Develop a deep understanding of the operational and strategic challenges of the area you support from a HR/Medical Workforce perspective and support the delivery of the objectives of that area from a HR/Medical Workforce perspective.
Eligibility Criteria - Professional Qualifications, Experience, etc required by the closing date for job applications: Have 5+ years in a HR/Medical Workforce/Medical Manpower environment at Business Partner/People Leadership level.
Strong ER experience required with IR experience preferable.
Experience working and supporting numerous stakeholders.
Proven ability to work on high level value-add ad hoc projects while continuing to achieve routine goals.
Hospital and/or Public Sector experience a distinct advantage.
