**Job Title:** Duty Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our team in a busy 4-star Hotel in Co Cork. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all hotel operations, including front of house, food and beverage outlets, meetings and events.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage daily operations and coordinate all areas of the hotel.
* Lead and guide the team as required during service/shift.
* E nsure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene prevail.
