Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
* Fluent communication skills in German and English to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
* Experience in consultative sales and account management.
* Experience with the German advertising landscape or finance clients.
* Experience with Google Performance and Branding solutions (e.g., Search, Video, Display).
* Strategic thinking and ability to develop recommendations and action plans.
* Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
* Drive cross-channel advertising growth through data-driven insights and recommendations aligned with client objectives.
* Collaborate with clients and agencies to strengthen relationships, grow accounts, and optimize advertising efforts.
* Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., gTech, IGT, Product Specialists) to identify and develop business opportunities for long-term growth.
* Prioritize goals while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
* Analyze data trends and consumer insights to develop strategic plans and compelling narratives for growth.
