Account ManagerPermanent | Ireland | Competitive Salary + BenefitsPlease note this role will require regular travel, particularly throughout the North & West of Ireland so being based near to Dublin would be ideal.Are you passionate about hospitality but ready to take your skills into a more corporate, client-focused setting? This role offers the chance to work with some of the most recognisable names in the hospitality sector, helping them unlock value, streamline operations, and achieve sustainable growth.The OpportunityAs an Account Manager, you'll be the bridge between clients and their commercial objectives, ensuring they're supported to maximise savings, improve efficiencies, and meet their operational and financial goals.You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, from Chefs and GMs to Finance Controllers and F&B leaders, building strong, trusted relationships and acting as a true advisor. No two days will look the same: one day you could be on-site reviewing client performance, the next you'll be analysing data, reporting results, or identifying new opportunities for growth.Reporting into the Head of Operations, you'll play a key role in delivering on client plans, ensuring services meet expectations, and driving incremental value for all parties.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring smooth renewals and long-term partnerships.Work with clients to achieve financial and operational targets, identifying opportunities to improve performance and savings.Conduct regular review meetings, providing insight and feedback on results and opportunities.Act as a trusted advisor, bringing both commercial awareness and hospitality expertise to client conversations.Manage supplier compliance, reporting on results and escalating issues where needed.About YouThis role would be a fantastic next step for someone with a strong hospitality operations background who thrives on building relationships and delivering results in a more corporate, strategic setting.We're looking for someone who is:Experienced in hospitality management with a solid understanding of both operational and financial performance drivers.A confident communicator who can engage and influence senior stakeholders.Comfortable using data and technology to analyse results and drive decision-making.Adaptable, inquisitive, and able to manage multiple client relationships across different sites.Passionate about delivering outstanding client service while always looking for opportunities to add value.Why Apply?This is a chance to take your hospitality expertise and apply it in a role that's both strategic and client-facing, with exposure to major industry players and the opportunity to shape long-term partnerships.
