The Role As a Business Development Representative (BDR) you will own outbound pipeline creation across a 360 approach: email, phone, and Linked In.
This is a hunting role.
You will identify high-fit prospects, run multi-touch sequences, handle objections, and book qualified meetings for the sales team.
You will work closely with the VP of Sales for hands-on coaching, daily feedback, and rapid skill development.
This role is designed as a launchpad, with a clear pathway to Account Executive based on performance.
