Accounts and Inventory Control Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts and Inventory Control Professional to join our team in Athlone. We are looking for someone who can manage day-to-day accounts and administration tasks, while also providing support with stock planning and ensuring smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation and issuance of customer invoices.
* Inputting supplier invoices into the accounting system.
* Processing national and international bank payments.
* Operating Sage Payroll for employees.
* Using Sage 50 Accounts for bookkeeping and reporting.
* Providing support with payroll, invoicing, and purchase invoices, as well as other related tasks.
* Assisting with stock control and forecasting to help maintain appropriate stock levels in the warehouse.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in an office or accounts role.
* Proficiency with Sage 50 Accounts and Sage Payroll.
* A practical approach with the ability to get tasks done efficiently.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Good organisational and communication skills.
