Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join our well-established Real Estate team in Belfast. This role offers exposure to a wide range of commercial property matters, including local Northern Ireland work and high-quality transactions based in London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on commercial property matters, handling acquisitions and disposals of commercial property, acting for landlords and tenants on commercial leases, supporting on complex transactions, managing files with minimal supervision and maintaining excellent client care. The ideal candidate will have strong technical ability, attention to detail and commercially-minded approach to problem solving.
