Job Role: Community Registered General Nurse
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Community Registered General Nurse to join our agency in South Roscommon.
* This is a full-time position that requires the successful candidate to work alongside Public Health Nurses, providing services Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
* The role involves working as part of a team to deliver high-quality healthcare services to the community.
* A valid driver’s license is essential as travel is an integral part of this role.
* The Department of Health standards apply to this position.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver healthcare services.
2. Provide care and support to patients in their homes and communities.
3. Collaborate with Public Health Nurses to achieve shared goals and objectives.
4. Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
