A dynamic and ambitious individual is required to join our Reception team. As a key member of the front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless guest experiences.
Job Description:
This role involves working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. You will be responsible for providing assistance with check-in/check-out procedures, handling guest queries and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay. Your strong communication skills will enable you to effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining an excellent level of attention to detail.
* The ability to remain calm under pressure and work well in a high-volume environment;
* Friendly attitude towards guests;
* Ongoing training opportunities available as part of this position; The willingness to embrace challenges head-on; This role requires full availability including nights, weekends, public holidays (rates vary depending on shift worked)
Prior experience using Opera property management systems or similar software would be beneficial but not essential.
