Senior Healthcare Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Healthcare Leader to oversee our Disability Residential Service in Longford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care, adhering to HIQA standards, and promoting inclusion in community life.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a management or supervisory role in health or social care, a full clean driving license, and appropriate management qualifications. 1. Coordinate the implementation and provision of quality care consistent with our organization's ethos and values.
2. Ensure HIQA standards and regulations are adhered to.
3. Obtain registration in the Intellectual Division of the Register of Nurses & Midwives maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) or be entitled to be so registered.
4. Hold NMBI/CORU Registration.
