About the Role:
* This role will involve managing multiple civil engineering projects ensuring successful delivery of works both on-site and from head office.
* You will build strong relationships with clients, local authorities, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve project objectives.
* You will oversee all aspects of contract delivery from tendering and procurement to resource management and project execution.
* You will lead and manage multiple contracts and frameworks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and local authorities.
2. Manage both office-based and site-based personnel as well as subcontractors.
3. Oversee procurement processes across multiple projects.
4. Coordinate resources effectively across projects to meet tight deadlines.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in contract management within the civil engineering or construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of the tendering process and associated documentation.
* Demonstrated experience managing multiple crews and subcontractors.
* Excellent project management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to lead teams and coordinate resources effectively across projects.
