We aim for a revenue of $2bn in 2022 and focus on sustainable business performance.Master Data Governance ManagerWe are seeking a Master Data Governance Manager for a full-time, permanent role reporting to the GPN Director of Finance Transformation. You will own the master data agenda across all GPN brands, channels, and systems to ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of master data.ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation of master data management and governance frameworks across GPN.Manage strategic activities related to master data management.Establish and oversee Master Data ownership and responsibilities within GPN.Ensure data quality for Material, Customer, Vendor, and Consumer data.Assist the business in maintaining complete, accurate, and high-quality master data to support operations and insights.Process OptimizationCollaborate with product, customer, and operations teams to understand their data needs and support their processes.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork with IT teams to integrate master data management into systems and workflows.Coordinate with the GBS master data governance CoE to implement appropriate systems across data domains.Governance & ReportingEstablish and enforce data governance policies in collaboration with the audit team.Lead governance structures including data stewards, owners, and councils.Regularly audit master data to resolve discrepancies and ensure integrity.Develop and implement master data management processes within the Data Hub.Use data quality tools to monitor and improve data quality.Skills Required5+ years experience in master data management, data governance, or data engineering, preferably in CPG/digital commerce.Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices.At least 3 years of people management experience.Strong influencing skills and ability to build relationships at senior levels.Ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver results.Collaborative, agile mindset with a focus on KPIs.Self-starter with a team-oriented attitude.Passion for the industry and products.If you believe you are suitable, even if not meeting every point, please apply!Location & Work ModelBased in Dublin with hybrid working options via our Smart working model for better work-life balance.What We OfferCareer development on a global stage, continuous learning, competitive salary, staff discounts, family leave, health & dental plans.About GlanbiaGlanbia comprises three divisions: Glanbia Performance Nutrition, Glanbia Nutritional's, and Joint Ventures.
