Senior financial analyst

Senior Financial AnalystA global organisation is currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its finance function. This position offers excellent exposure to international operations and the opportunity to work closely with a wide range of internal teams while contributing to financial reporting, analysis, and process improvement initiatives within a fast-paced multinational environment.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to the month-end close process, including review activities, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial analysis to support accurate reportingPartner with a variety of internal stakeholders across finance and other departments such as treasury, tax, legal, and communicationsWork with international accounting teams to support consistent processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and standardisationAssist in the preparation of financial statements in line with relevant accounting standardsPrepare and review statutory trial balances, including adjustments required under local GAAPSupport the external audit process and assist with audit queries and documentationAssess accounting treatment for complex transactions and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standardsCollaborate effectively with colleagues across different regions while managing responsibilities independently and proactivelyRequirementsProfessionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent)Experience in financial reporting or accounting within a multinational company or professional services environmentDesirable ExperienceAbility to communicate financial information clearly to a range of stakeholdersExperience identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting, or introduce automationKnowledge of IFRS or other international accounting standardsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesAdvanced Excel skills and strong interest in financial systems and technologyThis role provides an opportunity to work in a collaborative international environment with strong exposure to global finance operations and ongoing opportunities for professional development.
