We are Hiring Assistant Director of Nursing to a lead Nursing care home in Dublin, Ireland Location: On-site, Dublin Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Annual Salary Range: €60,000 – €65,000 per annum Please note: This role is open only to applicants who hold EU/EEA citizenship or have an existing, unrestricted right to work in Ireland. Responsibilities Support the Director of Nursing/Person in Charge in providing effective clinical and professional leadership to care teams while delivering direct resident care. Monitor, supervise, and evaluate the delivery of safe, high-quality care to residents. Promote resident safety and ensure care is delivered in a manner that respects each resident's privacy, dignity, and individual rights. Requirements Hold a recognised nursing qualification and be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI). A minimum of three years' post-registration experience in the care of older persons. At least three years' management experience within the health or social care sector. Demonstrate strong clinical nursing expertise, knowledge of current and emerging trends in elder care, and proven leadership capability. Possess a post-registration management qualification in health or a related discipline; a Higher Diploma in Gerontology is desirable.
