The Role:
* File management with digital dictation.
* Diary management.
* Engrossing pleadings.
* Preparing Affidavits, Briefs and Discovery booklets.
* Arranging consultations and attendance of Counsel and witnesses for hearing.
* Dealing with calls from clients, expert witnesses and Solicitors.
* General administration.
The Candidate:
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary/Legal Executive essential.
* Experience working in medical negligence or defence litigation will be an advantage.
* A collaborative and flexible attitude.
* Experience with case management system, preferably Practice Evolve.
* Good attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
