This role is key to engaging stakeholders for procurement, planning and delivering on projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proven ability to maintain accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate efficient invoice processing including supporting with any issues and updates that are required; Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures; Manage communications with stakeholders and external bodies; Prepare reporting for stakeholders as required; Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders; Assist with internal and external audits; Support with process improvements. Knowledge, Skills and Experience: 2 years experience in a similar role. Excellent attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
