Is this Graduate Program for me?
Level 8 or relevant bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on challenges
Able to work in a team environment
Pride in the quality and presentation of work
Flexibility to work on different sites and relocate if required
What will I be doing?
Continuously model the steps of the construction project in different diagrams and monitor and report on project progress
Make decisions related to logistics and resources
Monitor & report on internal productivity and issue Earned Value Analysis on a weekly basis
Attend meetings with the Project Team to discuss progress made and any issues that arise during the project
Any other reasonable and relevant duties as requested by your manager, necessary to meet the ongoing needs of the company
Daily & weekly programme updates with the client
