Job Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to fill the role of Service Manager, leading the development of our centre-based respite and community-based outreach services for children with Intellectual Disabilities.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to manage day-to-day operations, and work closely with families, educators, teachers, and support workers to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery in line with Personal Outcomes Measures and future service requirements.
* Oversee the daily management of services, ensuring the holistic wellbeing of children.
You will be required to work collaboratively with children's disability network teams, outreach teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality services.
Candidates must have a relevant 3rd level qualification in the Social Care or Health Sector, minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience gained in services for people with intellectual disabilities, and excellent communication skills.
A Class D1 Driving Licence would be advantageous for this role.
