We foster a supportive yet challenging work environment, nurturing both professional and personal growth for our team members.The Role & PurposeOur Production electricians will be trained to work in critical electrical roles within our production and finishing processes.This role will hold the balance of working across our functions. Connecting cable and control boxes on large units, electrically testing transformers to high customer specification and occasionally working with maintenance and visiting customer site.The role requires shift work with fixed schedules and overtime where necessary. Electricians operate from our factory environment and enjoy the benefits of standard hours, pension, 26 days holidays per year, additional service pay and holidays, overtime, training etc.ResponsibilitiesCable joining and termination.Following production schematicsFault finding and diagnosis.Inspecting and testing electrical systemsTesting according to customer specification and ISO 17025Flexible across electrical workDesired Qualifications & ExperienceQualified ElectricianUse of testing equipment and hand toolsExperience of schematicsDemonstrated organizational skills.Working at heightsPreferred candidate will have the following qualities:Normal colour visionAbility to carry our shift work and manual workGood teamwork and communication skillsEnjoy working on own initiative and well as interacting with others.Strong safety ethicProactive work attitude
