Working closely with engineering, commercial, and operational teams, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless execution, cost optimisation, and technical excellence in modular, prefabricated power solutions.CEL Critical Power is also launching its first US manufacturing plant, and this role will require collaboration with the North American team, making experience with UL standards, NEC codes, and US electrical industry practices a strong advantage.RequirementsYour Role - The Ideal CandidateAt CEL Critical Power, we are looking for a high-impact leader with a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of project management, power distribution, and Modular Solutions.Technical & Industry Expertise5 + years' experience in project management, power distribution, or modular power solutions, preferably in mission-critical environments (data centres, pharmaceuticals, industrial infrastructure).Strong background in Modular Solutions, LV/MV switchgear with a proven track record of successful project execution.Knowledge of UL standards, NEC codes, and US electrical regulations is a strong advantage, given CEL's international expansion.Degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field is highly preferred.A PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM is a distinct benefit.Project & Commercial AcumenDeep expertise in cost optimisation, contract negotiation, and stakeholder management.Ability to balance technical requirements with commercial objectives, ensuring profitability and long-term value creation.Proficiency in financial planning, cost forecasting, and risk mitigation strategies.Experience in vendor and supply chain collaboration, ensuring seamless coordination across all project phases.Leadership & CommunicationStrong executive presence, with the ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders, customers, and project teams.Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.Ability to lead high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation.Fluent in English (written and verbal), with clear, persuasive communication for client and internal engagements.BenefitsWhy Join CEL Critical Power?Join a Trusted Industry Leader -
